Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator who excels in managing Building Information Modeling processes and is adept at communicating complex designs to clients. The BIM Coordinator will play a crucial role in the development, coordination, and delivery of digital models, ensuring all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical details into client-friendly presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Management & Coordination:
   1. Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with project requirements.
   2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate designs and resolve any conflicts within the BIM environment.
