BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinates and leads BIM collaboration and clash detection initiatives during design and construction in a project according to the overall resources, timelines, and standards, in conjunction with the client requirements

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Manage BIM deliverables and drawing production.
2. Reviews and implements information sharing protocols.
3. Provide technical orientation and software support for BIM & CAD software.
4. Responsible for managing the overall project modelling strategies and BIM output through all delivery stages of the project.
5. Responsible for organizing and directing the coordination across disciplines.
6. Manage clash detection and VDR/VDC sessions.
7. Check and validate drawings/models output.
8. Liaison with software vendors and cloud service provides.
9. Implement BIM 3D, 4D and 5D across the projects.
