Billing Specialist I

Overview

BCM One is a global telecommunications provider. The Billing Specialist I supports SkySwitch Partners by managing billing inquiries, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. The role works closely with billing, onboarding, and support teams to support smooth monthly bill runs and positive partner experiences.

Work Location

Hybrid position based in Bacolod City, Philippines (office 3 days per week, WFH 2 days). Must be authorized to work in the Philippines.

Hours

Night Shift 9 pm – 6 am local time (9 am – 6 pm Eastern US business hours).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for SkySwitch Partners regarding billing inquiries via tickets, email, and calls.
• Resolve billing tickets across Billing and SkySwitch Stores using tools such as Autotask, ASANA, and Slack.
