Responsibilities
- Proficient in configuring Zuora billing system including product catalog, subscription rules, tax rules, payment gateways invoice and email notification templates.
- Experience in managing usage billing for high-volume data scenarios.
- Experience uploading large data sets via Data loader.
- Knowledge in implementing Order and Invoice Harmonization, especially during transitions from legacy subscription billing models to the harmonized order/invoice model.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve bill run and payment run issues.
