Billing Operations Specialist

The Air Freight Operations Specialist manages air freight shipments, coordinates with airlines and internal teams, ensures documentation accuracy, and monitors the shipment process to guarantee efficient and timely delivery.

Prepare documentation and carry out import/export operations (customs instructions, bookings with airlines, organizing collections with carriers, etc.).
Track shipments as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery.
Handle client billing and validate supplier invoices.
Communicate with clients regarding shipment management (e.G., tracking, routing and clearance, and rate quotations).
