Billing Liaison Officer

This position helps in maintaining satisfactory completion rate of institutions or agencies under Salary Loan products through:

1. Ensuring accurate, complete and timely submission of billings
2. Effective monitoring of billed accounts and performance of accredited institutions
3. Ensuring compliance with internal and external credit policies, guidelines or regulations

Qualifications:

1. College graduate, preferably with business and/or accounting background
2. Preferably with 2 years relevant work experience as an officer in unsecured loan operations particularly with sales, billing and/or collections
3. Knowledgeable in bank products and credit policies and procedures
4. Knowledgeable in secured and unsecured loans
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software 
7. Experienced in people management
