We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our finance operations team at a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is a core billing-focused role , responsible for managing client invoicing, ensuring commercial accuracy, and maintaining smooth end-to-end billing cycles across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and issue accurate client invoices as per agreed commercials and contracts
Manage the complete billing lifecycle from invoice preparation to final dispatch
Ensure timely invoicing across multiple client accounts
Coordinate with client servicing teams for billing inputs and clarifications
Maintain billing trackers, documentation, and invoice records
Monitor billing timelines and follow internal processes strictly
