Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Quantity and Bill Preparation:Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from tender documents and construction drawings.Take on-site measurements and verify them against BOQs and actual site conditions.Prepare and certify monthly progressive bills (RA bills) for clients and subcontractors.Identify and prepare extra items and variation claims.Bill Verification and Certification:Verify contractor and subcontractor bills, invoices, and work done.Check bills across various trades, including civil, electrical, and plumbing, against tender rates.Conduct joint measurements with the client for bill certification.Material Management:Perform monthly material reconciliation for items like cement and steel to track theoretical vs. actual consumption.Ensure proper recovery from contractors for excess material usage or wastage.Financial & Reporting:Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial and cost reports.Track project expenses and ensure they rema...
