Reporting to: Management, Project Manager & Project- in-charge
Responsibilities:
Preparing Budgets - Ongoing & Completed Projects
Budget includes - Raw shell, Warm Shell, MEP, Façade & Fabrication
Cost Comparisions for Labour & Material as per requirement
Preparing of Preliminary Budgets for new projects
Work out the quantities for all bldgs ,podium - Raw shell, warm shell
Finalized the bills of RCC with the Contractor
Approved indents as per estimate
Uploading Bill of Quantities
Weekly meeting with Site & Project Incharge
Guide and direct the Trainee engineers
