Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed billing for real estate projects including measurement of work done,

preparation of bills, and invoices.

• Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure accurate and

timely billing.

• Verify the quantities, rates, and other technical details involved in the project billing process.

• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of bills and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions, variations, and claims.
