Billing and Collections Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Billing and Collections Executive with an organized profile and strong attention to detail, to lead tasks related to billing, collections, internal/external customer service, and general administrative support. This role involves close coordination with different departments, as well as managing billing software and updating customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Billing: Calculate and update monthly and projected billing; issue invoices in Argentina (ARCA), Brazil (Receita Federal), Mexico (local office), and the U.S. entity (Chargebee); enter new clients and configure plans, discounts, and terms in Chargebee; email invoices to clients; upload and submit invoices through clients' designated portals.
• Collections: Actively follow up on outstanding payments; record received payments in the billing file; reconcile payments across bank accounts; maintain updated payment terms for clients.
