Assist in month‐end close including preparation of journal entries, billings package, A/R account analysis, and key revenue metrics. Ensure sales orders are maintained. Analyze sales contracts to ensure billing aligns with contract terms. Partner with sales and customer service to resolve billing inquiries, providing assistance with information requests. Collaborate with collections and/or sales to resolve payment issues.
