Bill Processor Level I

A is responsible for reviewing and correctly case assigning physical medicine bills to new or existing cases. This critical role requires the individual to evaluate and confirm compensability and eligibility on said bills to make sure that they are in compliance with our company directives, treating provider contracts, jurisdiction state rules, and client specified procedures/guidelines.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review bills to determine eligibility for processing
• Validate existing data for accuracy and completeness and make outbound calls to providers and clients as needed to obtain critical information and/or verify compensability
• Perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to the following: Answering phones; Faxing and filing of confidential documents; and Basic Internet and email utilizations
