Bilingual Virtual Medical Receptionists for Optometry Practices (Fully Remote for US-Based Client)

We are seeking Virtual Medical Receptionists for Eye Care practices. Experience in the eyecare industry is required, and the qualified candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for maintaining or improving patient experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make patients comfortable and well-informed. As a Virtual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties for optical practices.
