Bilingual Sourcer Recruiter
- 100% remote, equipment will be provided
- You can work anywhere in Mexico

- Salary: $23,000 to 25,000 (Depending on experience)
- Internet reimbursement (Monthly)
Primary Focus
To source:
- Salaried manufacturing / plant employees: Engineers, Quality Control, Supervisors, Managers, and above.
- Experience recruiting for corporate-type roles is still valuable, but the immediate focus is on plant/manufacturing roles.
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.

- Proven experience in salaried/higher-level recruiting
