Job Opening: Bilingual Payroll Manager
Location: Bogotá
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday availability required)
Salary: To be agreed + legal benefits
Commission: Based on payroll payment compliance
Key Requirements
- Advanced English (mandatory) for corporate communication and handling international information.
- Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant with valid professional license.
- Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Leading Payroll Processes.
- Proven experience managing payroll for more than 3,000 employees.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll adjustments, social benefits, and social security.
- Experience handling requirements from DIAN and UGPP.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations.
