What You’ll Do- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
- Is proficient or bilingual in Danish and has an advanced level of English .
