Role Summary We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technology and advisory roles. You’ll build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a standout candidate experience—working closely with hiring managers and our senior recruiting team. What You’ll Do Manage job postings, inbound applications, and first-round screenings. Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping). Schedule interviews across time zones and keep candidates informed at every step. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track progress against SLAs/KPIs.
