Role Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technology and advisory roles. You’ll build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a standout candidate experience—working closely with hiring managers and our senior recruiting team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage job postings, inbound applications, and first-round screenings.
• Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping).
• Schedule interviews across time zones and keep candidates informed at every step.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track progress against SLAs / KPIs.
