About the Role

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, provide HR insights and guidance to support strategic decisions and operational goals. 
Effectively collaborate and/or support client group leaders and employees with all HR-related matters.
Lead key strategic HR initiatives as identified through corporate goal setting with sound project management skills.
Drive organizational development by partnering with leaders to evaluate and enhance structures, roles, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering long-term effectiveness. 
With expertise, understand business needs and challenges to best develop/provide solutions that influence positive outcomes.
Oversee and partner with leaders for annual talent management processes such as performance reviews and succession planning, assisting leaders with identifying high-potential employees and successors for key positions.
