We're Hiring: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Customer Service | English & Spanish)

We are looking for a PH-based Bilingual Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of bilingual customer service experience to join our remote team.

What you'll do:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
• Provide professional support in English and Spanish
• Maintain accurate records and follow service workflows

What we're looking for:

• Based in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years bilingual customer service experience (VA/BPO experience preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
• Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
