We're Hiring: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Customer Service | English & Spanish)
We are looking for a PH-based Bilingual Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of bilingual customer service experience to join our remote team.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
- Provide professional support in English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate records and follow service workflows
What we're looking for:
- Based in the Philippines
- Minimum 2 years bilingual customer service experience (VA/BPO experience preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
- Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
