Main Responsibilities
Customer service via voice and email
Assist with billing questions and platform usage issues
Provide clear solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution
Communicate frequently in English (spoken and written)
Requirements
English level minimum B2 (spoken & written)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability for on-site work in Barra Funda
Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon — afternoon preferred)
