Our client in the non-profit sector is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its nationally recognized Payroll Infoline Service and Government Legislative Affairs department. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a background in finance, scheduling, and compliance who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment. This position supports a large team of Payroll Compliance Advisors and plays a critical role in calendar coordination, reporting, intake, and administrative support for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain schedules for 10+ Payroll Compliance Advisors
  • Monitor and respond to the Infoline inbox and voicemail
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
