What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain compliant document control and version accuracy across all bids.
Manage tender document data rooms and document production process for EOIs, RFIs and tenders including formatting and editing.
Maintain and apply bid templates and formatting standards consistently.
Coordinate bid development and production requirements including printing, binding, packaging, and electronic uploads.
Configure tender portals, SharePoint libraries, and AutogenAI workflows.
