  The Customer Service Bid & Quote Specialist plays an important role by supporting the local Sales team in the preparation and creation of bid proposals and standard quotes. This position is responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are met when delivering solutions to bid and quote inquiries.

 Duties and Responsibilities
 Professionally and efficiently understand and interpret standard and major project quotation inquiries to maximize Zumtobel Group's opportunity to secure the project
 Provide excellent telephone and email support to meet service levels and performance targets
 Propose, check, and agree to the most appropriate commercial and technical offer based on sales and customer requests, within current business guidelines
