A Snapshot of Your Day : As Regional Bid Management Director, you lead the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific Bid Management teams within the Compression business, with a clear focus on capturing New Equipment opportunities. You ensure customer projects are supported with robust bid strategies from RFQ through Order Intake, working in close collaboration with Regional Sales VPs and Commercial Sales counterparts. Because the front end of the business is largely people‑driven, you are accountable for developing regional Bid Management talent—both technically and soft skill—and ensuring that critical competencies are built and sustained.
