BID Managers (All Levels)

Design Confidence is seeking Bid Managers (all levels/grades) to take full ownership of the end-to-end bid lifecycle once it has been allocated. These are hands-on, all-rounder roles for confident bid professionals with a strong, demonstrable track record of writing and winning bids.

You will lead your proposals from opportunity to submission – writing compelling content, coordinating contributors, and following up with clients. We are looking for people who not only manage the process expertly but consistently improve win rates and raise the quality of everything we submit.  For those with less experience, we will mentor you.
