The Opportunity

Vocus is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bid Manager to lead the development and delivery of high‑quality, commercially robust and fully compliant proposals across our Enterprise, Public Sector and Wholesale markets. 

This role is critical in driving growth, shaping strategic opportunities, and ensuring our submissions are consistently competitive, compelling and aligned to organisational objectives.

Reporting to the Bid Management Lead, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of mid‑to‑large, complex and high‑risk bids — from opportunity qualification through to contract award, post‑bid analysis and handover to delivery.

This individual‑contributor role requires exceptional stakeholder leadership, rigorous governance discipline and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
