Bid manager

Role Purpose
The Bid Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for government and public sector opportunities. The role requires strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive high-quality proposal development, solutioning, and competitive bid submissions to maximize win rates. The position demands a high level of intellectual capability (IQ), attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of high-caliber professionals from Tier-1 academic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Tender Management
Manage the complete bid lifecycle including opportunity identification, bid qualification, planning, submission, and post-bid follow-up.
Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, Eo Is, and government tender documents to assess feasibility and win strategy.
Ensure timely and compliant submission of techno-commercial proposals across Central/State Government portals (Ge M, CPPP, e Procurement, etc.).
