Role Description

The Bid Manager at Teleperformance EMEA serves as the strategic orchestrator of the end-to-end bid process, responsible for leading complex, high-value RFP responses from initial qualification through submission and handover. This role combines project management excellence with commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership to maximize win probability while ensuring efficient resource utilization and compliance with all client requirements. The Bid Manager acts as the single point of accountability for bid success, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving disciplined execution of the bid strategy.
