We are supporting a leading Real Estate Developer seeking an experienced Bid Director / Chief Estimator to lead our pursuit, estimating, and bid strategy for large-scale publicly funded construction projects. The Bid Director will oversee end-to-end bid development—ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, compliant, aligned with the company’s strategic growth into public funded projects and most importantly … successfully awarded.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in municipal , provincial , and broader public sector procurement environments and understands the complexity, compliance, and rigour these projects demand.
