The Brehon Hotel & Spa Killarney are recruiting an experienced Beverage Manager for our vibrant Food & Beverage department.

JOB SUMMARY

As the beverage manager you will be overseeing all bar`s operations within the Hotel, this includes the Brehon Bar, the Badb bar, our Lawn bar during summer time and our function bars.

Creates a unique guest experience that draws hotel and non-hotel guests. Plays a significant role in maximizing financial performance and attracting hotel and non-hotel guests by understanding the local market and effectively positioning the outlets.
