The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the organization’s employee benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions. This role supports the delivery of compliant, scalable, and employee‑focused benefits operations while ensuring accurate administration, reporting, and vendor coordination.
