Job Description

We are looking for a Performance & Compensation Manager to join our team at Sanoma Learning for a permanent position. This role is preferably based in Madrid (Spain), but can be located to the following Sanoma Learning countries as well: Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Italy or Poland. The role is hybrid with high level of flexibility.

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing performance and compensation programs and initiatives across the organization, ensuring local execution aligns with global guidelines. You will design and manage salary programs, benefits structures, and incentive plans, while providing insights through financial, market, and legal analysis.
