Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Bench Sales and OPT recruitment activities end-to-end
- Market OPT candidates to vendors and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on submissions
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and documentation standards
