Position : Bench Sales Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Share consultant profiles and follow up for interview opportunities
- Negotiate rates and close placements
- Maintain daily submission and placement reports
Qualifications:
- Strong vendor network and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing
