Structure Resources is seeking a Belt Splicer / Conveyor Belt Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established and growing industrial services contractor supporting mining and heavy industrial operations nationwide. This company is known for its strong safety culture, high-quality field execution, and commitment to long-term employee development.

We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused belt splicer with mechanical aptitude and experience installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor belt systems in demanding environments. This individual will play a key role in field services, supporting shutdowns, installations, and ongoing maintenance while working closely with foremen, crews, and clients.
