Title: Sr Specialist/Lead -Learning & Development

Required Skill sets
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role, with a significant and demonstrable focus on behavioral and soft-skills training.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral change interventions.
- Spearhead the full-cycle facilitation and direct hands-on delivery of all core behavioral training programs
- Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) focused on identifying critical behavioral skill gaps
- Design, deliver, and manage high-impact behavioral training programs for employees across the organization, with a specific focus on areas like leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork....
