Behavioural Support Worker

The Behavioural Support Worker provides individualized behavioural support to clients across various settings in line with our core values and mission statement. This role focuses on implementing behaviour strategies, collecting data, and supporting skill development using evidence-based practices. Behavioural Support workers promote meaningful behaviour changes, independence, and overall quality of life through direction of the behavioural team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Behavioural science, Psychology, Social services, Child and Youth, Early Childhood, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, trauma, attachment disorder and Behavioral Challenges.
• Experience implementing behavior strategies and supporting individuals with behavioural challenges (asset).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
