Are you a confident and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in the classroom? The dynamic Specialist School in Reading is looking for a committed BTA to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting pupils who need additional help managing behaviour and engaging with learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural challenges
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Supporting pupils in developing positive social behaviours
- De‑escalating challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
