About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a highly respected specialist learning environment supporting young people aged 11 to 18. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering secondary-age opportunities within a setting that places wellbeing, structure and individual progress at the heart of everything it does. The provision supports students with severe autism and Asperger’s, many of whom require consistent routines, emotional regulation support and positive behaviour strategies to thrive. Working hours are typically 8.45am to 4.45pm, with some weekday end times varying.
