About the Role
We are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils who have experienced barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing classroom support
- Supporting behaviour plans
- Building trust with pupils
- Assisting with de-escalation strategies
- Supporting attendance and engagement
Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
