Behaviour Support Assistant

We are currently working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Oldham that is looking to appoint a committed Behaviour/Pastoral Support professional on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of young people, particularly those who may need additional emotional, behavioural or social support to thrive in a school setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teaching staff, senior leaders and external agencies to promote positive behaviour and encourage engagement with learning.
