Have you got experience as Behaviour Support Assistant, SEMH Teaching Assistant, or Youth Worker Roles? 

Are you looking for a new role in Leeds?

We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within Primary schools in West Leeds.

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support EHCP and behaviour plans
Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement

Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals

Encourage attendance, engagement, and personal development
