We are seeking an exceptional Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged students in the Lichfield area. This role is specifically designed for someone who thrives on a challenge and wants to make a real, lasting impact. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who find the standard classroom environment difficult, helping them de-escalate, manage their emotions, and re-engage with their education.
