About the Role

We are hiring an Behavioral Patient Intake Coordinator to support families at the beginning of their ABA therapy journey. This role focuses on intake coordination, gathering accurate patient information, and ensuring families understand the next steps in receiving services.

Prior ABA or autism services experience is required. You will regularly speak with families, review intake documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure patients are properly prepared for scheduling and care delivery.

Spanish fluency is highly valued, as many families prefer communication in Spanish, but strong English communication is required for documentation and internal coordination.
