Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 6-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
 Independently handle mechanical issues related to pumps and motors.
 Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
 Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
 Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, TQM, and other quality
management practices.
 Oversee and participate in quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
Required Skills:
 Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, especially pumps and motors.
 Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
 Familiarity with IMS documentation and record-keeping processes.
 Proficiency in quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Total Quality
Management (TQM).
