About the Role
Qualifications
- Each candidate must submit a full resume complete with supporting documents.
- Possess Diploma / SPMV / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Building Services Engineering or related qualification.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in Building Management System (BMS) / Building Control System (BCS) / Facilities Management.
- Basic knowledge in HVAC control system, sensors, actuators, control panels and building automation systems.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

Job Scope
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective maintenance for Building Control System (BCS) equipment.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of BMS/BCS including HVAC, chillers, AHU, FCU and related control systems.
