Job description
Your Missions:
- Develop, optimize, and improve battery cell processes, including cell manufacturing, module assembly, and PACK integration
- Resolve on-site process issues, analyze and address quality incidents, and implement process and parameter improvements
- Participate in equipment and tooling selection, introduction, commissioning, and production application for new or expanded battery production lines
- Conduct research and evaluation of new processes during project development
- Provide regular project progress reports to headquarters
