About the Role

Alibi, located in the historic Liberty Hotel on Charles Street, is seeking experienced, high-energy bartenders to join our team.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail lounge. We’re looking for bartenders who thrive under pressure, deliver consistent hospitality, and know how to keep the energy high while maintaining precision and professionalism.

What we’re looking for:
Prior bartending experience in high-volume bar, lounge, or nightlife environments

Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently during peak service

Excellent guest interaction and hospitality mindset

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work clean

Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and busy DJ-driven shifts

Team-oriented, reliable, and professional under pressure
